Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $200 USD.
Orders under $200 USD are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments designated for Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
- If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
- For other countries, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated on checkout.

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business day.
- Delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on the destination. 

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Please note:

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
